Considering the relationship between the McMahons and Trump, and since Trump was trying to pressure the other sports leagues to get going again, I’d be shocked if he wasn’t involved in pressuring Vince to start going live again.

Wanted to just share a couple of my favourite NOAH matches after seeing them on Squaredcircle on Reddit.

These matches are absolute CLASSICS. Both must-watches if you're a wrestling fan. NOAH was on another level in the 2000's.

He could just be using it as a negotiation tactic but Colby Covington says he plans on pursuing a career with the WWE and hopes to be there next year.

I think the guy is a tool but I cant deny he has the ability to build major heat as a heel.

Since Pete Dunne is stuck in the UK, it appears that they're putting another with Matt Riddle to defend the NXT Tag Titles.

This raises a question for me. Could a duo win the tag titles, add a member then Freebird the titles. Then add another member, continue to Freebird the titles. Then have the original members leave the stable rendering the tag champions wrestlers/superstars than never actually won them?

By extension have the original champions then compete for the titles that the stable never actually won but got to defend due to the Freebird rule?

I loved the free bird rule which later became the Demolition rule. It added chaos to tag team battles. I also remember that Midsouth not only had the normal tag team championships but a 3 man tag team belt.

I would love to have a Freebird rule, but really it only works well for heel teams.

Sounds like a major shakeup at WWE.

Appears to be gone as per WWE:

Karl Anderson
Luke Gallows
EC3
Drake Maverick
Lio Rush
Curt Hawkins

Drake and Lio were supposed to be in the Crusierweight tournament. Not sure how they're going to handle that / who to replace them with.

Likely more to come.

Anderson / Gallows for sure to AEW or NJPW, that's my guess. Those two are too talented to sit around unemployed for long.

I would expect them to go back to NJPW, they'll make a ton of money there. Not surprised with EC3, he was mailing it in from his first work on the main roster, He's probably a indy guy. Not surprised by Lio, he'd had a hot and cold back stage rep, but Drake had gotten several pretty big pushes.

More to follow.

Sounds like Kurt Angle, Aiden English, Eric Young and Heath Slater are gone too.

Additionally, nine producers were let go:

Shane Helms,
Lance Storm,
Billy Kidman,
Mike Rotunda,
Dave Finlay,
Pat Buck,
Shawn Daivari,
Scott Armstrong
Sarah Stock

Add Sarah Logan and Mike Chioda to that list. Chioda had been there since the 80's!

Also, Drake getting to wrestle in the tournament. He released a very emotional video over this.

Zack Ryder also released . . . That dude survived many post-WM releases, I guess his time finally came.

Holy crap that's a lot of and I hate to use it dead wait. Sad for Lance, he'd just started there not too long ago after shutting down his school. That's a lot of producers gone.

No surprise with Ryder he'd been doing nothing for a long time.
