Never change CP.
To be honest, with the way they have played in the majority of games, I'm completely shocked at where they are in the standings. BSD carrying this team.

Even game, Rittich gifted them a goal and they finished an odd man rush while the Flames hit the post. It's just not going in easy right now.

No need to be dramatic

It's hard to know if the system ("offence from the back end") sucks, whether it's the execution that sucks (yet another missed pass, turnover etc) or whether the team is simply too small to make it work. They get pushed off the puck - if they get to it - which often they do not.

There is little corner and board work, and even less drive to the net. They controlled the puck for about a minute at one point - and throughout the entire time not one player was ever in a shooting position.

Horrible to watch as a fan.

Technicality.

They have won six of twenty two games in regulation.

Zero passion and effort is the most disturbing thing for me.

A first line that has been pretty poor since the 3/4 mark of last year.
No fire
This team is playing like they expect to be in the playoff no matter what, and I'm sorry that's not going to happen with this effort level
We can talk about Peters all we want, but at the end of the day, this is on the players and the leadership group of this team. I'm surprised that this has gone on for so long under Gio's captaincy.

Maybe a shakeup is needed. This team has way too many good pieces to be this bad.
I am turning way to many games off this year and am rapidly losing interest. If the Flames can't make the effort why should we as a fan base.

I agree. Flames are now in a position where they can't trade a dman for help up front. The only thing i would do if i was Tre, is call up Dube and Phillips and pray they are ready for the NHL. Flames need much more talent on the 2nd and 3rd line.

If this continues, i would bet my house that either Johnny or Mony is traded in the off season, with Johnny a higher chance of being traded.

Arizona is a pretty good team, to be honest.

We are 1/4 into a season that was supposed to be great for this team, in its window as a supposed contender. Tough to be patient with what we've seen this year. This team is not a contender, and might not even be a playoff team at this rate. I think some on ice changes are 100% necessary. Up to Tre to figure out how. But it would suck pretty bad to burn this season.
