I always find it funny that the first ENG thread sat at 33 posts for almost a decade until a weird glitch in the CP software posted a reply to the wrong thread and resurrected it.
It was destiny.

That would have been great but the timing was off. By the time it was due for a new thread this option was a fond but distant memory.
... just think about how many threads we would have though if we started a new one everytime a new quote comes up.

A lot of disbelief and indignance in Oiler land that Zadina didn't run directly to Edmonton and sign a 1-year league minimum deal. It seems some thought it was the whole reason he wanted to terminate his deal in Detroit.

Yes, it should be whichever comes first.
If the previous season's thread is still going, a new one gets started at the beginning of training camp.
