We didn't see it because they had to go to commercial, but I guess Monfils and Goffin had an exchange just prior to Goffin winning the last game of the fourth set and forcing a fifth and deciding set.

Goffin takses the 4th set 7-5. Monfils is wilting away blowing 4 match points and arguing with both Goffin and the umpire over a time violation.

Monfils is out of gas and Goffin has taken over in this 5th set.

That was a fun match, Monfils has to be kicking himself for not converting one of those four match points in the 4th set, but give credit to Goffin, he was clutch when he needed to be.

Gaby Dabrowski is still alive both in women's doubles and mixed doubles. It would be pretty amazing if she could pull off the double-double (chances to win the title likely better in mixed than women's).

Will Zverev have any gas left in the tank against Thiem? Three five set matches already this tournament for Zverev, you have to give the edge to Thiem.

I was thinking that as well but then I remembered that a 35 year old Federer won the Australian Open after winning a bunch of 5 set matches as well.
