The only guy there who really gives me any pause is Alex Nylander.

Had a decent year with Chicago a couple years ago but AHL stats the last couple seasons have not been inspiring. Would rather keep Phillips up tbh.

Nylander only sounds intriguing because of the lineage, look at his stats and inability to crack awful Buffalo and Chicago teams and you can safely assume that he sucks.

I thought I remembered Studenic looking good for the Stars in the first round, but he was -3 in 4 games with no points. Not a lot of talent available today.

His size and stats are intriguing though. A 6'6 winger? Interesting to see if he gets claimed.

Can you imagine Zohorna and Klapka on a line? Who'd center it? Adam Ruzicka?

Zohorna is intriguing - nearly half a point a game over 31 games in the NHL so far, and seems like a strong skater. He is 26 already, however, so maybe he is what he is? So much you can tell by age, and often a big guy takes a bit longer to get it together.

Video of a goal:

Good speed, controlled the pass well, and protected the puck well, scored under pressure.

Some talk about him not making the team this year (other players were expected to beat him in camp, and I guess they did obviously as he was waived):

I think he would probably be lost in the shuffle here as well. Ruzicka has posted similar numbers, but is 3 years younger and has actually played center in the NHL.

I don't think the Flames snag him, but he is definitely an interesting proposition for any team that feels they are weak and undersized in the bottom 6.

I remember Pens fans sayin he could be a good player if he didn't get hurt every month.

A.Nylander was a guy worth a look two years ago. But things have not gone well for him. Bummer.
