Damnit, I always get home just as the game ends. Still a huge win. Now, hopefully they light up Hammond on Sunday.

This team continues to defy the odds.

Unbelievable.

To be honest, I think Detroit started stronger and it looked like it was going to be an easy win for them, but as the game went on, we got stronger and they got weaker. 3rd period, we didn't really ever look like surrendering the lead. Superb effort from everyone tonight.

Got to make sure all this hard work and effort doesn't go to waste, finish off the road trip strong against Ottawa.

Backlund was great.
I really like Shore, love his speed and hustle.
Engelland has been quite solid for a few games, the extra minutes look like they're helping his game.
Hiller wasn't unreal, but he was good enough.
What a huge win, still hard to believe the wins this team pulls off. What character.

So who does Hartley start in net on Sunday in Ottawa - Hiller or Ramo? I am guessing Hiller, but will be interesting to see.

Drew Shore is a really good pick up for our bottom 6.

Jimmy Howard was crap today.

I am extremely happy with this road trip, despite the adversity of injuries.

Detroit only had lost 5 games in regulation at home before tonight and we gave them their sixth on the second of back to back and 3rd in 4 nights.

Can we show a bit of love for Deryk Engelland. He has really been awesome since Gio went down.
