Jason Witten is returning to the Dallas Cowboys, the team announced Thursday.

Witten is leaving ESPN's Monday Night Football and returning to the playing field less than a year after announcing his retirement. Sources told ESPN that the tight end is getting a one-year deal worth $3.5 million that can max out at $5 million, including roster bonuses and incentives.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are on the verge of landing free-agent quarterback Nick Foles, with the news breaking Sunday that the team is expected to sign the former Super Bowl MVP when the new league year begins on March 13.

As a life long Jaguars fan, I am cautiously optimistic.

Foles is a start, but they have one of the worst collection of receivers/tight ends in the league. Still, just not having Bortles as QB has to add 3-5 wins to the Jags next year.

Raiders, Broncos, and Cardinals allegedly the top 3 teams interested in AB? Hell yeah Elway that’s what I’m talking about. When people looked at your Flacco trade and said “that’s the stupidest move you’ve made!” You look them straight in the eye and say “so far.”

He's going to be an improvement on Bortles for sure but it will be interesting just how good he is on his own outside of an Andy Reid offense.

He's probably the QB that fared the best in Chip Kelly's offense. His only truly horrific season was under Jeff Fisher.

I saw that ABs cousin is in this years draft and goes by the name "Hollywood". Lol, what could possibly go wrong?

that's a really good move for them. Everything's better than Bortles obviously, but if Foles can replicate some of his Philly success this could be slam dunk for them. They need to give him something to work with though.

Regina to host Raiders preseason game in August? Sounds like it’s a possibility.

Heard it on the fan just now.

Looks like the Chiefs will release Justin Houston.

Overpaid big time, but still a productive player. When he's healthy he can be effective still, but the health has been an issue.

I could see the Patriots scooping him up and him making a difference.

Newest report is the Broncos have no interest

Whoa! That's awesome! Haven't even been to the new stadium there yet (or even the old one for that matter), it looks really nice. I wish we had a new barn like that!
