Habs Season Preview
Coming off a second-to-last place season, improving should not be difficult. With the addition of Seguin & Hall via trade, and Marleau & Sekera via UFA signings- this years Habs hope to be playoff team.
Graduating from ECHL, and making the jump straight to the CPHL are; Pavel Zacha and Cristian Dvorak. Zacha is slated for the 3rd line but Dvorak will be playing over his head- centre of 2nd line. Hopefully the balance of youth and vets will give me a some good sim chemistry and it works out. If not, there will be changes.
We were getting good results in the preseason, so we hope it continues. Somewhat of an oddity, Hall lead the league in points, during the preseason with 19 in 12 games. However, Seguin had only five. Interesting to see how it plays out during the season. But, as long as we are winning- nobody cares who gets the points.
