Lots of dropped catchable balls, especially from Parker when he's normally money.
Gotta love the energy of the crowd though.

man, that was frustrating to watch... no running plays - Walter got the ball, what once? At half time we had the opportunity to adapt to the game Laval was playing and we didn't. Dzlewski (spelling?) had a few good first downs but overall it was just a bad game.

I didn't have a chance to watch the game, but I was pretty disappointed with the outcome. 29-2 is a slaughtering.

yea, that sucked. laval got that early lead and the Dinos abandoned the run. They could have chipped away in the 2nd half when the defence didn't let Laval get it going. the Dinos going for it on 3rd down early in the 3rd q was not a good idea in hindsight. the weather didn't help the comeback attempt. interested to see the future of the other QB now that Glavic will be done. not sure what next years Dinos will look like.
a 9:30am Calgary time start Im sure didn't help, next near it will be at night in BC which is great
edit: I was glad the Flames game was on so I could flip to it as the Dino game looked more and more bleak. then the Flames didn't make me feel any better

Glavic did not play very smart in the last two Vanier Cups.
There were a lot of dropped balls today too. CGY had chances after Laval turnovers, but did not convert.
Why did Nill go for a FG in the 3rd quarter on 3rd and 6, when CGY needed TDs?

agreed, Glavic got nothing done
mustve been lack of confidence. earlier in the 3rd q he went for it on 3rd down and they turned the ball over, so the next time they tried to take the field goal (probably because it was farther from the endzone. they should've went for it again the second time, kicking against that wind wasn't likely anyways

Does anyone think the snow affected their play?

the snow may have affected Parker's game, those non-catches were brutal and he normally would have caught those.
I don't think it should have though based on the last game against the Huskies.
