And Danny Bass? No.
Pope couldn't make it as DLine because there was no spot for him. So Wally converted him to a MLB and moved AJ outside as he was getting old and slowing down already. Canadian Matt Finley was the other outside LB.

That's okay.. I can't believe Calgary's win over Toronto is my lowest confidence win.

Come on Dickenson... rest Finch and put Thor as a RB now. Thor is Milanovich-Litre.

Great overall game!! Defense came in to play tonight chasing Ricky Ray all night and chased him out of the game. Don't be fooled by Toronto's 24 points. 11 of those was when they rested their starters already. Charleston Hughes, Alex Singleton, LB Jameel Thurman, Bryan Hall, Derek Wiggan and Michael Kashak played well. The whole DB were great with covering their guys.

On offense, Marquay McDaniel showed he is still around after not getting catch last week was a beast tonight. He was dancing out there making the DBs missed. Bo Levi was just okay and I guess i am expecting more. Jerome Messam was also in a beast mode especially early in the game. Only negative for him is the way he secures the ball. Fumbled twice tonight. Offensive line was so-so. They gave up a lot of QB sacks. Oh well, they'll be better next game.

Special team... what about Finch?? Fumbled his firs touch but made up for it with 103 yards punt return TD and he was very slippery all night. Paredes and Maver was good tonight.

Speedy who? haha Finch having another TD return! What a great win!
So happy to be a Stamps fan when they continue to dominate like this

I'm not sure I'm a fan of having Finch being the back up RB. The guy is like 150 pounds and would get crumpled like a paper ball by a Dline guy. With the returns he's putting up, he's far too valuable to risk getting injured when the "B" team gets the call

I know this has been said before, but Rod Black is the worst! What was with his cheesy "This just in, the Stampeders are for real" or something like that. He did it again at the end of the game and it was even worse. "This just in, the Stampeders have dominated in the last few weeks". Argh!

He needs to stick to Figure Skating and his double sowcows!

and duane ford is the real deal! he used to be so cringeworthy to listen to when he was on the Score and when he first started doing colour on the games.

I know the kid personally. He's a great kid so I'm definitely rooting for him. At 22 he's already such a beast.

So, how do you guys/gals like the "one challenge per game" so far? I like it. Who would have seen bunch of challenge flags if Trestman was successful on that PI challenge. They were a few borderline non-calls for both teams last night's game. I didn't think it was penalties but I am sure both Trestman and DD would have challenge them if it wasn't for the new rule. I thought the referees did a good job calling the game. They missed some but they are not perfect so I am okay with it.
Let's wait for the next few games though. Wally, Austin, Jones and even Campbell likes to throw those challenge flags.
