That look on Arteta's face after the second goal was pretty priceless.

The justice against soyancu who acted like a hard man yelling at bergwjin, then falling down clutching his face when bergwjin pushed him in the chest a little, then getting absolutely rinsed on the winner. Perfection
Leicester fans singing 'tottenham, it's happening again' seconds before the equalizer. Perfection

Sounds like Traore to Spurs almost done
https://theathletic.com/news/tottenh.../J7WJySH24yPQ/
Been talked about by spurs journalists for awhile, sounds like plan is to use him as at rwb. Royal is good for a rightback, but need more attacking play in Contes system at wingback

I think staying up to watch Felix Auger Aliassime then getting up at 5:30 to watch Villa Everton is going to catch up to me later today

I’m surprised they haven’t cracked down on this sooner. There have been a few incidents of fans throwing things at players this year, and eventually someone is going to be injured.

I have no idea what takes us so long to get a deal done. This was talked about last summer as being somewhat close. Here we are, three weeks into January, and it’s “close”. Meanwhile, he’s on the bench against Brentford today.
Just seems like when other clubs are close to a deal, it’s wrapped up and done in a day. For some reason though, we can only do that on January 31.

Liverpool probably would have seen this game out anyway, but that is one the worst penalty calls you'll ever see.

Ya that was terrible. When VAR waves off the Jota incident against Spurs and then gives this penalty, you really have to question its usefulness.

Kane gets robbed of a goal after the dive from Silva. What’s the point of VAR when it doesn’t correct these obvious errors? It’s so obviously a dive by Silva, and maybe Tierney gets sold on that, but there’s no way VAR should.

Liverpool supporter here. The penalty for Liverpool's third goal ruined the match, there was no way that should have been given. What concerns me even more is how long it took to make a decision. I'd much rather the VAR make the call from the sidelines within ten seconds and without any input or consultation from the referee on the pitch.

I've said it a million times and I'll say it again: the problem is not VAR, it's the referees. If it's the same clueless people making the decisions, it doesn't really matter if you give them the technology or not. The refereeing in this league has been shambolic for way too long.

Yeah that game should have been a draw at best for Liverpool. Penalty speaks for itself but Firmino was also clearly offside on their second goal as well, the claim is he didn't impact play because he missed the ball but he attempts to get it and draws Mitchell the palace defender out of position. Not a huge surprise though with the old school refs like friend always seems like the decisions, injury time, etc all go for the big clubs when a team like palace or southampton is playing they have this stay in your lane mentality with the smaller clubs

In fairness Liverpool could have been up ten nil at the half. I don't think I've ever seen such a one sided half. It was like watching a five-on-three powerplay for forty-five minutes.
