So I see that Hubi Hurkacz is bringing both Ivan Lendl and Nicolas Massu on board to revamp his game in 2025.

Canada first round opponent in Davis Cup next year is Hungary. If they win then they will play winner of Austria and Finland.

I think it was GS who asked if they could bring back the old Davis Cup format and they are to some extent. The second round will also be a home-and-away tie instead of playing at a designated location. The final 8 will still be at a designated location though (it will be in Italy for the next three years starting in 2025).

Stan the Man got a wild card into the AO. I wonder how much longer he is willing to play, such a shame he hasn't been the same since his US Open title

He is 39 years old after all and once an athlete hit's 30 it can go fast so he's been able to play at a decent level over his mid-30's all things considered.

still too soon, Joao. That being said I hope he subtly means that he's going to focus on leveling up his serve in the next year. With his massive baseline power already established, having a killer serve would have us branding him The Next One. Hugh Clarke agrees:

also in that article, slice analysis and why Yogurt's is terrible. I think my slice resembles his, oops.

Fonseca defeated Fils at the NextGen ATP Finals in Saudi Arabia yesterday - I didn't see the match and they're playing that goofy mini-set to 4 format, but that's still a good win for the kid.

Joao Fonseca is into the NexGen Finals on Sunday and is yet to lose this week in Saudi Arabia. I felt sorry for Luca Van Assche as the kid from Brazil was untouchable today.

No kidding. Only guy younger than Joao to win this event was Jannik Sinner. He's currently ranked #145 in the world which means he'll have to go through qualifying for the Aussie Open, but if he does indeed make the main draw, he's going to make guys nervous.
