Ya, no women but all the fried chicken you handle. Seems like a reasonable trade off.

Oh, yeah. It was on the north side of the building. I think the signage lasted well into the eighties.......or even the nineties.

First thing I thought of when I saw the thread.

I think I might fade away.

Just wanna get me some fried chicken.

I almost drove off the road the other day when i saw COTW was hiring at 15 bucks an hour.... when i was 14 i was pretty fast at breading chicken at KFC, and I only made 5.50, min wage....
i guess what is really upsetting is i can;t even find work in my field for 12 bucks an hour and that is with 4 years in college and almost 10 years exp.
just seems like some jobs are dying for people and overpaying, then jobs that require skills they are low-balling cause they know some student will take it...

That sign doesn't have a period in it, so it technically reads 1500$/hour . . . makes me do a double take every time.

I would work at COTW for $1500/hour.

And where are you? Even KFC pays more than $12/hour in Calgary these days.
I wouldnt recommend making a career out of it but greasy high-schoolers are raking in the cash.
I coach 14-16 year olds and they all have weekend jobs that pay ridiculously well for making pizza and flipping burgers.
