Default Lucic Sweepstakes!!! Live Auction!!! Part 2
Milan Lucic is a wonderful hockey player and rumor has it that he is also a wonderful human. Somehow the sim Gods shafted him with a 65OV rating so while the Sharks GM may really like him, he can't really play meaningful hockey in the CPHL even when he is excellent at tying his laces very tight, sometimes even around his ankles!

Total offers received since putting him on the block: 0
Total offers made by Sharks GM trying to offload the great guy: 187

Nothing close. Nothing at all going on.

So what to do?

The Sharks GM would like to trade him for an equally wonderful prospect or pick. Someone that’s smart, has potential to be a leader and likes books (like Dougie Hamilton).

Consider bidding now open for this really great player but forget about his 65OV rating while you can. Time is running out!

Lucic has high ratings where he should: CK, FG, ST - all in the high 80s or 90s. He also has high ratings for EX and LD - as he should

He has very poor ratings where he should, including SK (63) which is a big factor in OVR.
Combine that with relatively low offensive attributes, based on poor production - it makes sense.

Lower ratings for key attributes will drag the OVR down. But based on his production over the last 2 seasons - not sure why that's bs.

His production over the last two years hasn't really been that bad, though. He had 10 goals this year in a shortened season and the year before he was v good on the PP.

I think he should be around a 67-68.

I figure I can eat the contract, I want to make the playoffs this year and like the idea of being able to try a bunch of different options hoping to find some sim luck

plus I really just wanted to make a lucic post, so now I have that to do tonight
