I bet her coaches or management sent that tweet.

Kerber will wear this intermittently throughout the year I suspect.

I actually don't have a huge problem with Kerber's reaction, we see cold handshakes all the time. Bianca is going to continue to be frustrating to play against because she's not a one trick pony like most girls.

Is the trainer timeout really something that is frowned upon so much?
It's within the rules, certainly, but is it considered bad form?

MTO's are abused by all players and are just as likely to be used tactically as they are for an actual injury. But its been this way for years and the system remains the same.

If anything, I say it's more of an issue on the men's tour than the women's tour. That said, the Senator is exactly right, we don't know if the treatment is for an actual injury or just to try to break an opponent's momentum.

Gamesmanship. You think of individual sports, particularly tennis, you take whatever advantage you can.

Edmund takes the opening set 6-4 - Milos needs to step it up a notch.

Milos having trouble with his movement (more than usual), already had a MTO and definitely looks a little hobbled out there.

Edmund breaks Milos and is serving for the match leading 5-4 in set 2.

Edit: And Edmund closes it out 6-4 6-4. Milos should just shut it down for the clay season and get ready for the grass tourneys that start in early June.

Felix is about to get underway against Hubert Hurkacz. Looking forward to this tussle between these two youngsters.

That was a fantastic set of tennis that Felix wins in a tie-breaker (7-5 was the tie-breaker score). Sealed with a beauty backhand down the line.

Three in the top 50! Not sure Canada has ever had that before. And I don't generally cheer for nationality in tennis. Just quite impressive, and two of the three not yet 20.

Lol after an underhanded serve Kyrgios and a fan are having words and the fan challenged him to a fight. Kyrgios told him don't you have anything better to do than watch me on a Sunday night. Never boring with him 😂
