Most Hated man on the Net Convicted. Pharma Bro going down!
and 2nd most punchable face after Trump!
https://www.cnbc.com/2017/08/04/phar...raud-case.html
Quote:
A federal jury found notorious "Pharma bro" Martin Shkreli guilty of multiple criminal charges Friday.
Shkreli, 34, was convicted of some of the eight criminal counts that he had faced, which had included securities fraud and conspiracy to commit both securities fraud and wire fraud, after a more-than-month-long trial in Brooklyn, New York, federal court.
Of the eight counts, Shkreli was found guilty of three. Those included conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and two counts of securities fraud. He was found not guilty of five counts, including those related to wire fraud.
He faces up to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced.

What did he actually do? Not guilty of wire fraud but guilty of securities fraud, like insider trading? Martha Stewart fraud?

Maybe Kesler? but at least he doesn't ruin normal people's lives. That smirk is hard to take though.

What a piece of work. Already wealthy beyond all belief from overpricing drugs and he needs to commit security fraud? At some point the money is just an abstract figure in a bank account. Is that really worth going to jail over?

Kesler is an ass within the context of a sport. A game. This guy is despicable within the context of....well...everything.

I always respected his lack of giving a crap about people hating on him. Total ###### for sure, but the amount of hate he got.. and he'd still troll and mock everyone, there's a certain joy I get out of that.
Got what he deserved, anyway.

Really?
I mean, I can understand that in some cases but this was a guy who jacked the hell out of the cost of life-saving Pharmaceuticals just to line his own pockets.
When someone is right I enjoy seeing them bitchslap their opponents but this guy wasnt right, he just wanted to make money off of people who had no other choice. Thats just a roundabout method of extortion.
I dont see any joy in this.

Oh I totally disagree with the pharmaceutical changes/stuff (I'm not informed enough to talk about it too much, only know the jist of it), but he would use his 'spotlight' to troll and talk about Harambe and stuff https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rWA3thlVws
Loved that.

Amazing jury selection quotes:
https://harpers.org/archive/2017/09/public-enemy/
juror no. 1: I’m aware of the defendant and I hate him.
benjamin brafman: I’m sorry.
juror no. 1: I think he’s a greedy little man.
juror no. 52: When I walked in here today I looked at him, and in my head, that’s a snake — not knowing who he was. I just walked in and looked right at him and that’s a snake.
brafman: So much for the presumption of innocence.
juror no. 144: I heard through the news of how the defendant changed the price of a pill by up-selling it. I heard he bought an album from the Wu-Tang Clan for a million dollars.
the court: The question is, have you heard anything that would affect your ability to decide this case with an open mind. Can you do that?
juror no. 144: I don’t think I can because he kind of looks like a dick.
juror no. 10: The only thing I’d be impartial about is what prison this guy goes to.
juror no. 59: Your Honor, totally he is guilty and in no way can I let him slide out of anything because —
the court: Okay. Is that your attitude toward anyone charged with a crime who has not been proven guilty?
juror no. 59: It’s my attitude toward his entire demeanor, what he has done to people.
the court: All right. We are going to excuse you, sir.
juror no. 59: And he disrespected the Wu-Tang Clan.

Overall the Wu-Tang Clan can take care of themselves but I do appreciate that people are looking out for their wellbeing.
This asshat is the last person you want to be associated with. Even if you're the Wu-Tang clan.
Can we safely presume that he is also a Juggalo and is unfamiliar with the physical properties of magnets?

Might be a short party. I doubt he gets that substantial of a sentence considering what he's done.
And the hardest thing he'll have to do is rake the sand traps at some golf course.
