Forget Laver Cup, I want a Lost Gen vs Next Gen Cup. Dimitrov, Raonic, Nishikori vs Tsitsipas, Zverev, Shapovalov.

LostGen=NextGen. The Nishikori generation is the WhatIfGen because they all might have wildly different careers if not for the big three being in their prime. NextGen can't even beat WhatIfGen, let alone GeriatricGen, which is why they are the LostGen. They are only going to start winning things when the other two gens are dead.

Perhaps but it's not super hot, not hotter than New York or Melbourne. Also this is a very short window to get all the matches in and not enough courts. And you can't reschedule, there's tv, there's sponsors would not appreciate midnight matches.

Maybe the best young hope is playing in Umag, Croatia this week. He faces Gasquet in the final in about 45 minutes or so looking for his first ATP title.

Carlos Alcarez wins the title 6-2 6-2 over Gasquet. I mean, Gasquet is not the same player that he used to be, but the young kid from Spain looked mighty impressive.

Several upsets on the women's side as Kvitova, Swiatek, and Sabalenka were all eliminated on Monday.

Mixed Doubles draw came out and a tough first match for Canada as they play the Greek team of Sakkari and Tsitsipas.

Well Canada lost first round in mixed doubles but it was a very tough draw. Tsitsipas lost in singles earlier yesterday.

Bleh why did it have to be A-Fraud. Oh well congrats to him on the silver.
Does Djoker stick around for 2024 to collect that last missing hardware?
