Wasn’t really being to serious with the proposal just having fun but I agree in principle that the price is near ludicrous and I wouldn’t be crazy about it if it happened at least initially but it’s fun to think about Brady and Matt terrorizing the opposition nightly and just how much fun that would be to watch.

Nyquist would be a great addition to the top 6 imo. Quick, smart player that would fit well into the system and one that should not be impossible to re-sign at that. A big upgrade over Frolik (and I like Frolik).

Over at HF, on the Rangers board, there's a guy who seems like he's got some kind of source posted that he's 98% sure that Hayes is going to the Flames, and that the Flames have the best offer on the table with a 1st and a young defenseman. Got a bunch of likes for it.
Could be completely bogus, but hey, it's something.
