Honestly the best thing that could happen to the Riders is a game against them Stamps (when does that happen? Not for a while I think). They usually get up for the Stamps, no matter how bad they are.
Edit: Eskimos next week, that's the next best thing. If the defence can't get up (looking at you John Chick to finally make a play) for a long time rival then the season may as well be done. Although if Glenn is out then it might not matter if the D finally shows up.

Brett Smith. 1st year CFLer. He's decently mobile and from what I've seen a decent arm. Could be good in a few years but is incredibly raw

Sunseri? They cut him, he was so bad. You can time his reads with a sun dial. When Durant got hurt they brought him back as the 3rd stringer since they needed a body quickly and he kind of knew the play book. So he's the backup now (pending Glenn injuries news)

don't normally care much for the CFL but this is great lol
could they actually miss the playoffs in an 8 team league where 6 teams make it?

Corey Chamblin post-game on his defense: ""I thought we did a good job"
449 yards of total offense for Hamilton and 31 points (granted 8 points was provided with a Kevin Glenn pick deep in Sasky territory and a successful 2-pt convert). CJ Gable shredded the Riders defense for 135 yards along the ground.

Probably going to have to go 9-4 down the stretch to even have a hope of a playoff game with only five home games left on the schedule. Not looking good at all.

I guess you would say the same about the NHL during the original 6 era? 4 out of 6 teams made the playoffs
