First: LOL
Second: Can I just point out that this overtime format is even worse than a shootout in hockey? Get rid of the gimmick and go back to 5 minute OT halves!

I enjoy watching the arrogant unwashed hoard get their comeuppance.

How is it worse than a shootout? It is still full offence vs full defence. Each team gets an equal number of possessions. It is much closer to real football than a shootout is to hockey. It does remove special teams (except for FGs).

0-4 now...Saskatchewan really is no good.
Was watching the game and noticed that with the Roughriders down by 10 with only a few minutes to go, a great deal of the "CFL's best fans" had already left the building, presumably to beat traffic or complain about the officiating somewhere.

The best part of that game was the two riders that both tried to catch the ball for a touchdown, but ran into each other instead. And neither caught it.
Is 0 - 4 good? No, its no good.

They are in big trouble - 4 out of first five at home, and they could be 0-5, with mostly road games left?

I think so. To be fair, most of their losses have been quite close, so I figured at first their luck was just bad. Now it looks more like the Roughriders simply can't close the deal and win when it counts.

Good! Now they can go back to not winning anything for another 30 years. I'm curious to see how "dedicated" their fan base is once they continue losing. The bandwagon may start to feel more roomy.

Can you imagine having to play for that team? It's one thing to live in that province among those people while playing for a winning team. To have to be surrounded by those simpletons while playing for a terrible team must be a miserable existence.

Historically the Riders have always had either average or bad attendance. This myth of them being amazing fans is a TSN and media generated hype machine that whole dirty province bought into.
3 years of being bad and average will have them again seeking wheat donations to save their team. Screw the rides and the filthy green hoard.

I agree. I love this new OT format especially the part where a team need to play a 2-point convert after a TD. No more FG convert. That Saskatchewan and Toronto double OT is a good example of how exciting it is.
I got the feeling that if the Riders goes 0-5 or 0-6, we might see Chamblin gone.

It's basically as if you were to alternate power plays in hockey. And it's just terrible.
