Default Going to a game in Vegas - Need Advice

I'm planning a trip to Vegas for March.
The Flames will be playing the Knights while we're there.

Some friends have suggested that I buy my tickets now but being the bargain hunter that I am, I think it might not be that difficult to get reasonable seats in Vegas.
Or... should I just buy them now?

Any thoughts or tips?

Thanks

Honestly think you should wait, if the Knights are out of the playoff race by then there might be lots of tickets and for cheap. And if they are in the race and tickets are expensive, just hit a couple hard eights at the table and you can find the extra money.

Lots of Calgarians are going down for that one.

Your Concierge can usually hook you up with tickets.

I saw the Flames last season, tickets are not cheap. They know the Canadians will fly down to see their teams and avoid a little winter. That said, maybe the Knights tank and you’ll find some cheap down th3 road.

Ticket buying aside, go down to the area early and enjoy the park area outside of the arena.
You can walk around with drinks on the street, so jumping in and out of the different bars, listing to live music they set up and playing mini games on the street is quite fun.

Mind you, I was there for the Western Finals so not sure if that atmosphere is the same in the regular season.

What is your main reason for going down to Vegas? Is it to see the game? If it is, hen I would say get tickets sooner. If seeing the game would be a nice add on, then wait.

Alternatively, purchase the cheapest tickets available, and then see if you can get better tickets?

This is mainly a trip for my wife. I'm not a huge fan of Vegas but she loves it so I'm adding hockey and Nascar to the itinerary with my brother-inlaw.
Buying tickets now and upgrading sounds like a plan.

Couple friends went last year and mentioned the pricing was very similar to Calgary. Could have been for the first time they played there so YMMV.

just for fun, i looked up ticket prices via ticket master and the cheapest ticket on there was $91 US.

found some lower bowl tickets for $267.

I too flet like the overall pricing was similar to what you might expect to pay in Calgary - maybe a little more expensive.

a guy i work with has had found some good prices on flames tickets using the game time app. i tried searching on their website and it is really slow, for whatever reason
