It's possible, but I think you take the good with the bad, hes completely saved Diers career, from a DM who was struggling to probably englands 1st choice cb, his methods have worked wonders on ndombele, lo celso.
There are some players who dont respond well to it, pogba. Kdb etc. But plenty others have, going back to deco, lampard, sneijder, Terry, and more
Dele wasnt exactly firing with poch at the end either

The arguments .... would it have led to a goal scoring opportunity? Or not? Would he have shot? Would he have passed? Would he have got around the last defender if the second last one hadn't fouled him? Would he have scored from that angle? Would he have been able to pull it back for a tap in?
And then the mayhem of trying to set up players for a foul that's awarded 5 yards out.
There's no other words that describe it more accurately.

The problem is you have penalties given for things that absolutely aren’t going to result in a goal. Take the Dier “handball” against Newcastle. Or the Doherty “handball” against Southampton. It’s ludicrous to think that the punishment for that should be what amounts to a goal. I get that those fouls took place in the box, but it’s not a scoring chance. So why is the rectification a goal (in the majority of cases)?
To me, that’s a pretty obvious disconnect.

ESPN had some pretty dumb ones in the early 2000s to make it more 'americanized'
Less players
Golden goal
No pens to decide a game
Change the european seasons so they play in summer

Lol they should go to the old school MLS-style penalties where it was a breakaway from 35 yards out and the goalie could come off the line.

No idea about the accuracy, but there’s a rumour that a number of Brazilians attended a holiday function and have Covid. Lucas and Vinicius from Spurs are out (not Covid confirmed), a few from Arsenal and City as well. Like I say, it’s an unverified rumour, but I just thought it was interesting.

Sheffield have a number of cases now too, and Saints manager Ralph Hasenhüttl won't be in the dugout because there's been a positive test in his family.
You have to wonder how long they'll be able to keep going. The Covid situation in England is pretty dire right now, numbers are soaring ... at some point they'll surely have to put the season on hold.

Oh sure, right when Liverpool are back on top! Again!
Hmm....maybe the Man United fans have a point. Liverpool being the best might be the Harbinger of the End Times....
No....United fans are never right!

Interesting. United has a couple too, in Fred & Telles, and are in the squad today.

you have to admire Bielsa, the man at least sticks by his madness. Three of their last four games ended 5-2, 2-6 and 5-0.
I'd certainly rather watch that than Wolves games for sure ... I'm always happy when their games against United are over. Tedious stuff.

Has any United fan, followed your script, and said he doesn't embellish?

Ya know, we're 2/5 way through the season, and you have only 6 points separating the top NINE. As much as we each gripe, and bemoan each other's teams -- this parity can only be great for the league.
Well, except for Arsenal

It's a collection of mostly mediocre teams who can look great in stretches and absolutely abject in stretches. First team that goes on an 8-10 game win streak will probably pull away from the pack and win it.

Why POS? . You're sounding like the Wolves DT.
I hope he's ok. That looked serious.
That was harder than it should have been given the turn around Wolves had.

At least they were partying in England and didn't head to Brazil for Neymar's week long orgy. Be coming back to England with not just COVID.
