Default January 27 with six games.

The All star break is over, so the stretch run to the playoffs begins! The Monday OOT has three games involving western conference teams that are in the playoff hunt.

A loss coming out of the break would be awesome here in TO.

Petry scores on a nice backhand deke, 1-0 Habs.

Didn’t we come out of the all star break last year to play An Ovechkinless Caps team and still get slaughtered?

Man that John Hynes hire has not worked out at all for the Predators. Not exactly sure why Poile felt a career losing coach would be an improvement on a former Stanley Cup winning coach. I think it's even a worse hire than Gulutzan.

Much like the Flames, the big guns for the Predators have been huge disappointments this year.

Duchene and Johansen with 10 goals each and Turris with 6.

Nashville in last in the Central has to be the biggest surprise this year.

Canucks get Jake Allen, so Flames get Binnington tomorrow
This is good for the Flames. Allen has great numbers on the road.

Balanced scoring by the Capitals without Ovechkin as the Capitals defeated the Habs 4-2.

Jamie Benn races down the left wing break away and crosses over on the backhand deke and scored, 2-1 Stars.

Rough period for Hughes, Gretzky's praise went to his head.

In the NHL, when your team’s best players aren’t better than the opponent’s best players, consistently, you will struggle.

Consistently.

Hard to fault Poile as his recent moves made sense, just not working out. Very strange season for them.

2-1 Canucks, Miller with both goals. What a season for him.

Amazing but another team Duchene is on is crapping the bed. Maybe team issue are created by him, really glad the Flames never tried to sign him.

They made very poor evaluations on trades/ moves for Johanson, Duchesne and Turris. They were supposed to be their top 3 C and have failed miserably.

The players/ drafts they gave up are far superior.

22 million tied up long term in those three.
