Honestly, if the team miraculously won the Cup that team photo with the masks would be kind of amazing to get printed and hung on a wall.

So surreal.

Great pic. Interesting to see Lucic sitting in the front row.

So what happens if a team runs into a string of injuries, can they add to the 31?

Oh...its going to be surreal alright.

I know exactly what you mean. If the team from last year miraculously shows up for the playoffs and goes all the way...

Lets be honest. Crazier #### has happened in 2020.

I dont care. I'll take it.

I’m thinking it’s done by seniority in the league/ with the team.

These guys are taking the best players available to them. They want to win a cup, and Valimaki is the best guy to jump in if an injury occurs.

Perhaps, although Lindholm has been with the team longer, Ryan is older, and a guy like Bennett is in the front row despite having less experience than a few guys behind him.

It's nothing to really read into but it's just interesting to see Lucic in the front row... I don't know if the Flames took a team photo last year but I can't help but wonder whether Neal had a similarly prominent spot.

Someone needs to show Hanifin how to put his mask on properly.

One empty spot in the front row, is that for Chris Snow?

Ah yes, KK. Snow is in there.

I wonder if they plan to Photoshop Bean and the owners into the gaps. That front-row centre spot is usually where the team president sits and the gap in the third row between Valimaki and Forbort is where the owners usually stand.

Lol, at first when I read this I thought they'd try to squish a poorly-photoshopped Bean and all the owners into that teeny little space between Ward and Tre. Maybe all on top of each other?

Leadership group is usually in the front. I am assuming he is a big mentor in the room.
