I would prefer the A used to be the Atlanta A.
Pretty minor complaint though.

I disagree -- I'm a sucker for historical accuracy. Also, I just think that the ornate little Atlanta logo would make this jersey a little too busy.

I'll be very happy if they stick to using the normal A.

Yeah it shows blank on my cell phone, but it works on the PC. Weird. If you click the link, it will show you what they look like though.

You're going to sleep in your car? In Regina?

It's a beauty. But I don't like wearing road whites (just personal preference). So unless they come out with a home version, I am out.

The Flames have been wearing the "home version" of that white jersey for ten years now, in various capacities.

You mean the retro? I guess, but it's not exactly the same.

EYA: The bottom stripes are actually nicer than the retro and I like the collar.

The logo appears to be a reasonable size.

The bottom stripes on this jersey are the exact same as the 1989 jersey. This is the white jersey from that set, just as the current retro red has the exact same striping as the one from 89.

The set from 1989 had different striping patterns, reflected in the updated retro set. What you're advocating for is an original design -- could be interesting

Edit: this is the 89 set. The new throwbacks clearly emulate it

Edit to below: yeah the collar is definitely different, that's the standard, manatee Adidas Adizero collar that's on every jersey

The stripes look smaller to me. But maybe I'm confusing with what they sell as retros now (and what I have).

I do know that 89 didn't have that collar.
