I'll trust your judgement on Curle, but as long as he sticks with that "SweEeeEeEeeEEeet Victory" schtick, he's gonna keep reading headlines on 660 to earn a living.

I used to like listening to Pinder's play-by-play when he called the games in Abbotsford.

I like Sarich. He's a little bit less goofy vs. Warrener / Commodore, but it feels like he has better insights. Guy sounds pretty good on the radio too.

Sarich is great. He’s been on before. Great radio voice and speaker. Loved his stories today.

Yeah Sarich would be my choice. Perfect middle of the road choice, if that makes sense. Not too serious, not all comedy. Feels like he wouldn't wear out his welcome as soon as the others if at all.

Yeah Sarich sounds more like a pro, which is a good thing IMO. One thing I really noticed about Commodore is that he was fairly clueless about other sports, other than NFL gambling. Has Sarich had a chance to branch out beyond hockey?
They keep calling this a PTO but I'm sure both sides are trying this out. I can see it not being a gig for everyone.

Sarich has been the best for his radio voice alone but he seems to have a level of polish the others don't.

I was sad when he left the Hurricanes PBP for the Hitmen PBP.

Sarich has some interesting comments about Dennis Wideman this morning.

Can you recap a bit? I don't live local and would be interested in what was said. Thanks if you have the chance.

They were talking about how Sarich knew when he was done as a player, and Boomer made a joke about how they gave his number away to a new player right away.
Sarich said him and the new player didn't really see eye to eye then they went to break without saying who it was. Then they came back after the break and Sarich said his number represented a person who believed in playing for the team and such, and when it became Wideman, it did a 180.
Sounded like he was pretty hard on the young guys.
That's all I recall off the top of my head.

Slightly OT but not... I could listen to Brian Burke all day everyday. Such a smart guy with incredible hockey stories and even better life stories.
Of the three so far for me it goes Commy, Sarich, Krahn.

I think Sarich would get stale really quickly. Doesn't really bring anything exciting IMO. He is more polished than the other guys but I think you need something different in the morning.

Also, remember him saying Alex Chiasson?

Flames are playing left to right on your radios and the opponents are right to left.
