Yoda's force ghost lightning was far more of a lore breaker than Leia's flight or Luke's hologram.

Maybe its simply like Leia is the center of the universe and she moved the universe around her to re-enter the ship

Pretty amazing new clip on the Star Wars movies Facebook page just released:
https://www.facebook.com/starwarsmov...2496706792483/
It's an official release, so many would not consider spoilers, but could be deemed as spoilery by those that really want to go in blind.

Just saw the new clip. That was awesome.
Way, way better hype up footage than "they fly now"

It was a good clip, I wonder if they're really worried about the initial receipts so they're throwing in as much Palpatine as possible

“They fly now!?”
Yes morons. They’ve had Jet Troopers since The Clone Wars (though if I’m being fair that is likely for people who aren’t familiar with the EU).
Love the new clip. I actually think this movie will be great, but the trilogy as a whole will still be a discombobulated mess.

Yeah, I snickered because for the hard core fans it just continues to make Finn look like a moron.
What's the side benefit, by putting that throwaway line in there "What they fly now", he's caused a collective rush to the emergency room by the super hard core Star Wars fans who are posting angry 20 minute videos on youtube blasting JJ. Its a thinning of the herd.

I think it was the whole being a bad movie thing. Literal zero character progression and even regression for some, total discarding of any potential story arcs, terrible pacing and construction. It was awful.

I think Disney could potentially do a series on Palpatine and whatever he has been up to since ROTJ, if the last trailer is meant to indicate Palpatine is alive.

I liked episode 8. It has its flaws, for sure, but for the most part it was an enjoyable flick IMO. I loved the idea of a bitter, angry, PTSD Luke, and I thought his overall arc was well done. Terrific performance from Hamill as well. I also liked the Rey/Kylo dynamic.
Personally I'm excited for the new movie. Rogue One is still the best of the Disney SW flicks so far, and I'm not sure it'll be topped. But we'll see.
