I have the digital edition and still had to replace my TV stand to fit that sucker in.

At this rate it looks like we may not see consoles on store shelves until April/May.

After being lucky enough to snag both a XSX and PS5 at launch, I'm finding I'm playing way more of my Series X than my PS5.
Gamepass is such an unbelievable service, and there's so much to play and check out on it. I also picked up Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and have played a ton of that.
Definitely going to hit up the PS5 again when more games come out though!

I haven't touched my PS5 for well over a month since I finished Demon Souls as I will use the Series X for multiplatform games especially given how much louder my PS5 is than my series X. The Medium is getting solid reviews and that's Xbox exclusive for consoles and I may give that a try next. There will be a few PS5 exclusives on the coming year that will require dusting off the PS5 so still best to have both.

I'm still getting alot of use of my PS5. I'm playing Ghost of Tsushima right now and I just subscribed to PS Now with the gift cards I got from my nieces. There really wasn't anything on the store I wanted that I either don't want to own physically or that I wouldn't rather play on PC. They had a 25% off special at the beginning of the year so I went for it.
It's definitely not as good as Game Pass but I think I'll get my moneys worth for the next year.

I feel like I’ve been playing the PS5 more.
Honestly neither really feel “Next Gen” yet but the PS5 is closer.
Miles Morales, Astro’s Playground, and the DualSense capabilities have felt more next Gen to me than anything on the Series X.
Gamepass remains the best value in gaming though.

They're both beasts, to be sure. I've spent more time on Series X and give it the slight edge for a list of various reasons, but have really enjoyed both systems. The good thing about Game Pass is its reliability when you're sitting around and "channel surfing" as it were for something to play. In the time between playing a generation's cardinal titles, it's a reliable trove to dip in to and find something you'd probably not otherwise experience.
That Xbox Game Studio titles drop in there at launch is just the mind-boggling sweetener. Games like Sea of Thieves and Gears that I've quite enjoyed the past few years - I've never actually purchased them individually.

Additionally, I received a Series S last week (thanks again to DownInFlames for posting the donation link up above) and am pretty impressed by the thing. I'm still not sure where MS's decision with that will fall in the grand scheme of things strategically (relative to Sony just doing two SKU's of the same hardware with and without a disc drive), but it's a pretty turbocharged little box. Fast SSD on board (though wanting for space), a lot of the new-gen graphical features, small, quiet. I had the Medium fired up on there a few days ago and it handled it nearly as well as its big brother.

Game Pass sold me especially with that Costco trick that works out to 4 bucks a month. Anything not on there I get on Steam and im covered. Only PS series I miss is Uncharted. I got mine at Walmart last week just casually went online and it let me advance order even though it said out of stock and i got it a few days ago (Series S). Switch I can play on Yuzu emulator on my PC.

When you have game pass ultimate, you use the Costco annual EA play and the conversion rate works out to $4 per month. Costco has the cheapest ea play costs.
