Line cut, that's basically how everyone inside Nashville North gets in.

Similarly, just jump the fence to get into Cowboys.

How the hell do the mods allow this asshat to continute to troll when they've sin binned other posters for less?

It's like me going to the Diablo III thread and telling all the nerds to shut up about it when I have no business opening that thread

I'd rather let him continue, myself. His irrational hate for the Stampede brings me a small amount of joy. Just knowing that there's a guy somewhere in Calgary, sitting in his house, huffing and puffing and cursing all the "sheeple" for attending such a terrible event.

As the week goes by, his anger starts to turn to maniacal laughter as he mocks the masses for their lunacy in being sucked into the big fake party, the bane of his existence.

New single day attendance record set on Sunday: http://news.calgarystampede.com/News...e/default.aspx

Quote:
Stampede attendance for Sunday, July 8, 2012: 184,483
Cumulative attendance for 2012: 467,218
Same day for 2011: 147,904
Cumulative attendance for 2011: 384,837
Overall cumulative attendance increase of: 82,381

New overall highest daily record set: 184,483
So far, two daily records smashed in three days, and big gains from last year (although, from what I remember, last year had crappy weather at the start).

The old single day record had stood since 1977 when they used to keep the park open all night on the first Saturday.

Crazy, and with this heat too. I want to see a vendor down on the grounds cooking up some eggs right on the concrete.

How can anyone hate the Stampede? Free breakfast and lunch all week long and beautiful girls everywhere. Went down to the grounds yesterday and it was insanely hot.

It's okay...when I think of TTC, I think of How the Grinch stole Christmas...

Every cowpoke down in Calgary liked Stampede a lot
But TurnedtheCorner who lived there absolutley did not!

He hated Stampede The whole Stampede season!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.

It could be, perhaps, that his boots were too tight.
It could be his cowboy hat did not fit him quite right.

But I think that the most likely reason of all
May have been that his ability for fun was seriously too small.

Staring down from house with a mean and angy frown
At the cowpokes and cowgirls two-steppin' in town,

"And they're eating there pancakes," he snarled with a sneer.
"How dare they start at 10 and consume all that beer!"

Then he he compained on CP with his fingers nervously drumming,
"I must find some way to keep Stampede from coming!...

To be Continued....

Just came back from my morning coffee on 8th Ave and Yahoo, I love Stampede. Warm weather, scantily clad cowgirls, and everyone is in such a great mood. Beautiful day!

You should come down to check out the scenery TTC, it might change your tune!
