This show looks super interesting I want to start watching it
I quite enjoyed it. Recommend you stick to English subtitles and the original Korean audio track. I tried the English dubbing and lasted a quarter of the first episode.

We love Murdoch Mysteries. I love how they bring in fictional historical characters such as Sherlock Holmes and real ones such as Bat Masterson. It’s so well done.

my wife and I have actually watched every episode.
just a nice, enjoyable show with great supporting characters.
We’re loving Murdoch Mysteries. How did I not get into it for all those years. Cst. George Crabtree is my favourite.
I love all of the historical references and characters they bring in. We just saw The Wealthy Barber’s David Chilton playing a barber giving investment advice; it was hilarious. I have a crush on actress Helene Joy.

Crabtree Love Crabtree, but my other favorite character is Terrance Meyers the government spy. he's awesome.
tons of actors from older Canadian shows show up.
for example Patrick McKenna from the Red Green Show (harold green) is on a couple episodes.

It’s not really super gory - I have only watched the first episode though. Better to watch without english audio though. The english dubbing was not great.
Also if you like seeing everything played out in excruciating detail no matter how mundane or outright boring.
This is also true, but it doesn't effect me because my remote allows me to skip ahead 10 seconds at a time. I'm always dashing through boring parts of T.V shows.
It wasn’t as funny as Sticks & Stones but was more philosophical, which I’ll give him props for. It’s tough to blend comedy and serious topics that way. Carlin is the only other guy in recent memory who was any good at it.
