The MLB site doesn't even have a scenario for it.
https://www.mlb.com/news/mlb-playoff-tiebreaker-rules
Maybe after figuring out where everyone seeds they have the 4th and 5th place team play and whoever wins gets the final spot and they use the last scenario to settle it.

I'm lucky enough to be going tonight, excited to be there and hope Ryu can provide some quality innings. Let's Go Blue Jays!

Pretty simple really. One day, split squad round robin played on a quadplex. Seven inning double header rules, final placement determined on aggregate scores. Get the whole thing over with in a day and you don't even need to play the wild card game.

Ryu, Biggio, and more importantly, Loudres! are all back tonight. Espinal starting over Biggio (right answer) at 3B

Awesome news to have players back and healthy. I agree that having Espinal starting is the right answer but it's also great to have Biggio healthy as a lefty bat if needed. Having Springer no longer having to DH gives the team so much more flexibility to make use of everyone.

1 batter down and I'm already terrified based on the contact they're getting right now.
EDIT: Concerns justified.

Ok. Survived the first inning. Gave up a seeing eye single and a decent poke from Judge. But kept them off the scoreboard. A lot of hard contact foul though...

Love the crowd noise! It's crazy that they are already this loud in the first inning!

Jays energy seems to be there so far.
As a side note, advanced tickets for the wildcard and playoff game are available right now. Use code “jacket” to get it now. Got game two for the playoffs for when it happens. ☺️

Two very well hit balls that inning that I thought off the bat could be gone for a second. Hopefully that keeps up (only, you know, they hit them a bit harder).

Help, save, whatever.

Espinal and Dickerson got good wood on those balls but the ball just dies in the air.

Yeah the Jays have just missed on a few so far..........they keep it up they'll hit a couple out sooner or later. Just need Ryu to hang in there tonight and pitch a decent game.

I'm watching the game on the Yankees feed and it's so bad. They are so boring with so much dead air. No chemistry between the announcers. Us Jays fans our lucky to have the guys we have.
