The Cam & Strick Podcast out of St. Louis is actually really great.

Cam Janssen is a clown, but provides context and Andy Strickland asks really great tough interesting questions. Their interview with Babcock is great. After listening to it I doubt Mike even sees an NHL bench again, outside of Edmonton as they flail for answers when they fire Tippett.

The only thing with the Cam & Strick Podcast that sucks is you typically need to fast forward through 45 minutes to an hour of their inane moronic banter about suburban life in St. Louis before you get to the interviews.

Tried 31 thoughts but can't stand Jeff Marek and his annoying constant philosophical questions. Don't mind Friedman but can't listen to it while Jeff is on.

Oh man I thought I was the only one that couldn’t stand Marek. Always try listening to 31 thoughts for the content, but I feel second hand embarrassment any time Marek says anything deep and artistic.

Chiclets on the other hand is easy listening, but not as much pure content.

For all sports content (mostly NFL) try Pardon My Take. Better than Chiclets and 3x per week.

It’s funny that Marek is so polarizing. I think he’s great but a lot of my friends absolutely can’t stand him and I don’t get why? Pretty knowledgeable and funny

The interviews on Cam & Strick are great and they get some really big names, I usually skip through the non interview parts. Spittin Chiclets is great, I listen to every episode as well as 31 thoughts for the interviews and insight.

Missing Curfew is good to with some great stories. There are times when I can't stand Upshall though, definitely loves himself a little too much

Why would you gatekeep what someone likes and whether it makes them an ok person? Just seems like a wild thing to do. Even thinking something is a death of culture as you say, who cares that much about what other people enjoy?

I've never understood that feeling of looking down on someone for liking a certain show or movie or podcast, if they enjoy it bully for them
