Dolis has such a hard time throwing strikes that it pisses me off even extra when an ump squeezes him.
But really, the guy should go back to Korea. Like yesterday. 13-1 lead and they have to get another pitcher warming up during his inning lol

If they do go for Berrios, part of me wants to see a Donaldson return. I know he didn't like management much, but if he could be had for a song, why not have him DH?

I go back and forth on JD all the time.
3 more years and he's 35, but he's still hitting and I doubt he would DH, he'd play 3B.
Minny would have to eat a huge chunk of that contract though.

I don’t think it’s that management doesn’t like him (although I’m sure they don’t) but that from reports the players didn’t like him, especially younger players. No chance he’s brought into this clubhouse.

Latest Rumors
Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports that a trade of Jose Berrios is "likely," with the Blue Jays appearing to be the "leading option."
It had seemed to be trending toward Berrios being traded ahead of Friday's deadline, and now the only question seems to be the destination. Rosenthal hears that the Blue Jays have emerged as the front-runners, but there's no word yet on what they would give up. It will be a lot, as Berrios is under team control for 2022, as well.
Joel Sherman of the New York Post was told by rival executives that they believe the Blue Jays and Rays are the "main contenders" to land Trevor Story.
Sherman adds that the Mets have also had interest in Story but don't view him as a "priority." He does not mention the Cardinals, a club which had previously been connected to the shortstop. The Giants have also been listed as a potential landing spot for Story. It seems to be a possibility that Story won't wind up going anywhere.

There is no way they make the playoffs unless they get one more starter, so this is huge news! Hope the cost isn't too bad.
