That's such a cool story, glad Jagr enjoyed the city while he was here. Man, those were a couple unforgettable months.
Every now and then I’ll watch AC’s Jagr video and marvel at how a 45 year old man who was parachuted in on the eve of the regular season was easily the 3rd or 4th best forward on the ice every night.
Had Treliving signed him in July and given Jagr the benefit of a training camp, I think he would’ve had a full, productive season.

Yeah, Jagr was legitimately excellent before he got injured. Extremely grateful I had the opportunity to watch him live a few times.

I'm glad the team is taking a shot on another bit of an unknown in goal again. Worst case Ontario they have to trade Markstrom because the kid is that damn good.

It was a great landing spot for Vladar, and to his credit he delivered. And these weren’t cheap starts against bottom feeders either. Lots of good teams, mostly on the road.
