A heads up for the Hurricanes-Flyers game, it has been postponed due to a severe snowstorm in Philadelphia. The game will be played tomorrow at 1600h Mountain time. This is the second road game for the Hurricanes that has been postponed and will cause rescheduling of a game later this week.

Rick Nash has scored two more goals tonight, and now has 16 goals in 35 games, basically scoring a goal every other game.

Let's hope Florida and Buffalo take it into OT. Ideally with a Buffalo win.

I still need Florida to gain some distance for me to get comfortable.

I hate cheering for the oilers but I'd like to see scrivens have a good game

Being up by 7 points would be a pretty decent cushion. Although it looks like it will be 8 as they are up by 2 goals now.

I'd like Buffalo to maintain their momentum upward. I can see them passing Edmonton by the end of the month possibly, and us by the Olympic break.

I'm torn, I'd like to see Vancouver's slide continue right out of playoff contention, I can't cheer for a team full of dirtbags like Kesler, Burrows, Kassien and Siesito

But seeing Edmonton implode is just awesome.

In the third period, the Devils are crushing the Blues 6-1. The BJs are up 4-2, Panthers lead 4-2, Senators lead 1-0, and it is a 3-3 tie with the Islanders and Rangers.

In the second period, the Stars are up 2-0 on the Wild.

I know we are a terrible team yet again and right there with Buffalo and Calgary for the "race" for the #1 overall pick and worst teams in hockey. I don't even care about that tonight. I just want to see that stupid grin wiped off Kassian's face. He wasn't even on my radar a few years ago but is easily one of my most disliked players in the league. Hopefully Gazdic fights him. Kassian is such a dirty player.

Too bad it looks like FLA-BUF won't go to overtime. Great matchup for our draft position, any win there is good for us.

Hopefully the Isles pull out a point or two and continue to march up the standings.

I'm cheering for the Oilers tonight and I don't even feel dirty about it!

I dunno, I think this one is pretty easy.

You cheer for Edmonton to keep Vancouver's slide going, and for the Oilers to get some points to help our Draft position, and to cool down the fire-Lowe rhetoric just enough to keep him gainfully employed.

F'in Principe. Of all the things that suck about the Oilers, he's one of them.

Come on Oilers, you can do it.

Washington sure does suck with Ovechkin out of the lineup, not much better with him in the lineup recently, but just no compete level whatsoever tonight.

Vanek scores on the PP to complete the Isles comeback after being down 2-0 and 3-1. Now they're up 4-3 with only a minute to go

Nothing for me can overcome the desire to enjoy watching the Oilers lose

I doubt Gadzic will fight him, or rather I doubt he'll fight Gadzic. Gadzic might fight Sestito, but Kassian isn't taking himself off the ice for a plug. Especially when they're short Sedin. Bad tradeoff.

Isles win 5-3, now 10 points clear of the Flames

again, they're fueled by their top line. Tavares with 3 assists, Okposo had 2 assists and Vanek with the GWG and an assist.
