Well the old thread title no longer applies, much to Slava's dismay.

I won't be (at least not right now) be making any seat projections. I do hope that the NDP & Libs can maintain party status. (4 seats)

LOL. Is it the same inside information from 2008 when you thought you might get 33% of the vote?

Thanks for setting this up First Lady.

It's going to be an interesting, interesting election. No prediction on my side, as I'm not up on what the current polling trends are. All I know is that Redford's political team has really dropped the ball in the past two weeks and I can see momentum growing for the WRP. Right now the WRP and Alberta Libs are really benefiting from some of the errors made by the Redford's team.

As a side note, and I'm putting this here because two members from Cpuck (including myself) are working on it, but we've launched a project called AlbertaTweets.ca. Basically a web data and visualization project to track the online conversation during the election. It's a fun side project, but it might be useful/interesting to you political junkies.

The Libs sure, but the ideal number of new democrats anywhere in Canada is 0.

It really depends on how much dirt the Canadian Tax Payer Foundation can dig up in the next month or so.

At this stage

Thanks for setting up this thread First Lady!

I would like to comment on the Senator in waiting election. Last time around I did not get one single piece of literature from any senate candidate. Not one candidate came to my door.

I did some minimal research on the candidates, in advance but at the end of the day not one candidate got a vote from me.

If you are running you should at least put in a effort.

Can CP keep track of any senate campaigning in this thread?
