Very sorry for your loss BB.

My mom and dad were huge Flames fans as well. During playoffs if the games went to OT dad would go to bed as he would get too nervous. And he was a strong personality!

My condolences for your loss. I'm sure he will be watching from the nosebleeds, and there's heroin beer and pocket dawg in his hands.

I don't really see how the Flames are going to win this one.. Only hope is maybe to squeeze out a high scoring OT win.. so I'll cheer for a 5-4 OT win with lots of drama and excitement.

Pens beat the Knights, Canucks beat the Caps, Hawks shut out the Ducks, Sabres beat the Preds, Yotes beat the Leafs. The Panthers are indeed on a roll, but all things come to an end. Maybe their arms are tired from being lifted up so much.

Panthers are on a roll, but they are a vastly different team on the road compared to home. I wouldn't be resigned to a loss on this night. The Flames are motivated after a long losing streak, and the Panthers are probably feeling a little complacent...things are coming too easy lately.

Any team can beat any team on any given night. Overall I think the Panthers better, but the Flames aren't some bottom feeder that cannot beat good teams. Whoever shows up hungrier will win.

Panthers have 5 wins in 14 road games

how is that for positive thought?

Seems like the season is a bust for the whole league. My opinion anyway. Players don't seem to be as engaged with the schedule being so screwed up.

Definitely, every game I've watched in the last two weeks just hasn't been very good

On one hand the Panthers are the hottest team in the league scoring with 4 lines at will and have a motivated Sam Bennett against his former team.

On the other hand I put my music on shuffle this morning and Ring of Fire played which has to mean something.

Go Flames Go!!!
