I am starting to not give a crap how these guys play. I really don’t think they will make the playoffs this year. Seems like the top players have completely checked out.

So many issues it's hard to know where to start. Just really ugly stuff all around, and the times this group needs to play desperate, they fold. Something is really off.

Think we're going to have to drink a lot of booze and suck it up for the rest of the season, because this team obviously needs some big moves but they won't happen now, they will happen in the summer. So we just get to grind our teeth and wonder why this team plays the way it does. It's baffling.

The fact he did it after we clearly had all the momentum is even more puzzling.

Mangiapane-Backlund-Tkachuk get scored on twice in a row right after the changes are made.

I agree, W in T actual F?

Mediocre team is mediocre.

The ONLY reason there is debate as to what to do with this club is they are also in a mediocre division which has artificially extended there playoff hopes this year.

So many issues with this club.

This team just lacks mental fortitude. They’re not good and not going to make the playoffs, if by some chance they do, they’re out in 4 or 5.

If they try to add, it’s not going to help. So disappointed.

This game was about as exciting as watching paint dry. Like, beige paint. Not something fun like red paint.

Its almost like Monahan and Gaudreau didn't like the fact that Tkachuk makes more money than them so they decided to sit out this season.

At this point, I am ready for the losses to pile up. Get a Top 5 pick and retool in the off-season.

Slipping away...one crappy play and one crappy game at a time....

Brad better get busy, because apparently the Flames need:

- coach
- goalie
- better D men
- RW
- size

That seems like a bit of a tall order before the playoffs....

Baffling.
Treliving wants to be smarter than everyone, and not take an obvious solution?

It's been his MO as far as coaching decisions.

Sell Hamonic for picks. Do not buy anyone. Do not allow Valimaki to become eligible for the expansion draft. Those are my hopes for the rest of the season.

How much does not making the playoffs cost?
How much does viewership dropping by game 60 cost?

Pay a ####ing coach.

I don't care if that's the answer or not. But it's damn hard to look at this garbage and not move on from an interim coach that's never held a head coach job. I believed in Ward, and would hope the scenario keeps him on board...

But they do have an identity, and that's 'disinterested'. They'll play when it's going well, but they fold at any sign of adversity

That's the coach. That's the captain. That's the scoring leaders.

Went exactly as expected.

Can't beat bottom feeding teams. No chance in hell in being a playoff team, or doing anything by miracle of making it.

We could be out of the playoff picture by the end of the week.

DeBoer picked a team. Flames won't pay up for a coach. It's their MO.

Can Ward please change up that top 6 forward group? It's not working and moving around players on the 4th line isn't going to help.

Maybe it's time to spread the talent on the top-6 through out the line up.

If I see Tkachuk-Lindholm-Mangiapane and Gaudreau-Monahan-X yet again, then I'm calling the next game a loss and Ward has no other ideas and thus no business being a coach in this league.

This team has a -17 goal differential and 15 regulation wins out of 53 games.

They are not good and they are not winning anything this year.

Sell. Load up on picks for the 2020 draft.

Really feeling like the best thing heading into the deadline would be to lose a handful in a row so there's no disillusions of what this team is, and we just sell at the deadline and go into full retool with more picks and cap room this summer.

These guys don't care enough, and the few that may don't get enough support to do anything about it

Gallant's going to Detroit.
