At least Glass and Stajan were great in the room. Brouwer as well. Locker room champions.

This Flames team identity resembles GG's blank look on his face.

Based on the eye test we were dominated in puck possession. Carolina's young mobile D was a great weapon.

Have to say, I'm not into either Hamonic or Stone. Both look shaky.

It's not preparation. At least there's no evidence of that IMO. It's a combination of poor personnel, bad strategy and low confidence

Seriously bud, rein it in. This kind of thing is beyond unnecessary.

Oh? What game was exciting so far this year?

I'm not disputing what they have on paper, but I haven't seen anything resembling an exciting team through 7 games

This game was a perfect example of how winning the possession game wins you the actual game. Carolina had the puck *a lot* Flames were chasing, had probably half as many scoring chances and took six penalties.

If you can't skate with your opponent you're going to lose.

I thought the Kings and Jets games were pretty entertaining.

I wish our 4th line was completely different, we have no chance of scoring whenever they're on the ice. And we get completely dominated.
