A 25th anniversary jersey should ideally look like your jersey from 25 years ago. Instead they have created a mash up of their jerseys over those 25 years.
Thinking about it, the Ducks probably have the worst collection of jerseys in the league:

-Their originals start out well. The logo is pretty good for being a cartoon animal with a hockey stick and it features a unique template and colour scheme. It's all down hill from here though.
-They introduce possibly the Wild Wing jersey, one of the worst designs ever.
-That 3rd is ditched (thank god) in favour of white and teal 3rd and 4th on a different template. Not horrible looking but still a step down from the originals.
-They then introduce another one of the worst jerseys ever, the black and purple word mark 3rd.
-They then redesign everything and end up with the worst primary jerseys in the league. It's like they couldn't decide to copy Pittsburgh's or Philly's colours so just decided to do both. Then it is topped off with a strange template and bad work mark logo.
-This version is slightly improved upon by increasing the orange and removing the workmark logo but then they go and mess it up by using an even worse template with vertical lines.
-Then we have the winter classic jersey which doesn't make anyone happy. They tease us by bringing back the original logo but then stick it on a hideous eye bleeding orange jersey.
-Finally we get this hot mess with the 7 different colours.
The only other teams I can think of with a comparable history of bad jerseys are the Nucks and Islanders.
