Hopefully 3x3 is gone in 2028. I know they hate it down south. Why was it added in the first place? I'd rather have darts as a sport. If we're adding hobbies purely due to popularity, darts and bowling should be in the Olympics.

I'll just throw my 2 cents in for competitive cheer. Yes, it's pretty much a guaranteed gold for the States, but we have some very good teams in Canada and the rest of the world is also catching on to this sport.

Not at all. The US men's team has already been eliminated, and won't get a medal. The women's team team salvaged a bronze. The best American basketball players don't qualify for 3x3... although I could see them having that change in 2028. They could find a way to stack the teams with former NBA and WNBA players. As it seems like they're bitter at being beaten at "their sport" by European squads.

Sorry, maybe I worded my post badly, I was talking about competitive cheerleading being a new Olympic sport in 2028 and that the US takes cheerleading very seriously and are very proficient at it.
