If I had to guess I would imagine this has a lot more to do with the Flames's interest in evaluating other prospects who are not yet competing at the NHL level like Dube.

I’m not sure what position he mostly played in Stockton but he’s played either exclusively LW or almost exclusively LW at the nhl level. Both Bennett and Lindholm have played more career nhl games at centre than Dube. It’s been looking like he’s more likely to be a LWer for the past year imo. Hard to imagine him beating out any of Monahan, Backlund, Ryan or Janko for a centre ice position. And that’s without even mentioning Lindholm who may play centre as well.

LW is where I’d expect him short term and long term.

I think that is the start time for the stream. Everything else I have seen indicates that the game will begin @ 1900.

English is pretty good as well. Not a ton of roadblocks for the young man to make his presence felt on the ice.
