Lets be clear, it appears from the disclosed role PM's which are posted above, that the two mafia groups only know the names of their own mafia members.

The implication being, well I'm not sure. 3 Kills a day, one from the town, one from each mafia group. I'm not thinking the mafia cares if they tag an opposing mafia but would prefer at the beginning to hit town. Just a guess, haven't really thought it out.

Now I'm going to shut up for a while.

I think two is easier as at the end game one mafia group will need townspeople to Lynch the other mafia group until they have a majority. So if we get behind I think having two groups make a comeback a lot easier plus we might get lucky with friendly fire taking out Mafia members at night.

Can we agree that we hash out this first vote and not pile on to the vote right away?

Hello all. I have my eyes on all of you and trust none of you.
To fellow townsfolk let's kill the mafia.
To the mafia groups, I hope you die soon.

I love how agulati casually mentions 'fellow townsfolk' seems like a trap.

But honestly, where do you even start before effectively randomly lynching some poor #######?

Does this ratio affect how we should figure out who to lynch? If we pick someone at random its much more likley they're town than mafia. Last time around it seemed like the town got lucky a few times in a row, any thoughts on improving our odds of getting scum on the first few kills? Not much voting/other information to go on yet.

Suspicious. He is probably waiting for instructions from his boss before jumping in.
Doesn't sound from Mazrim's first post like the mafia groups have roles this time. He said it was open and all the roles were known, so presumably that includes the mafia roles. Thus, I assume we don't have to worry about mafia powers/bosses like last time.

Although it was pretty epic when Bettman got lynched.

Day one frequently ends up in lynching a townie.

Lack of information plus a 3:1 townie ratio are the #1 and #2 killers of townies on day one. For just 95 cents a day, you can sponsor a townie and keep them from getting lynched

I'm trying to not assume this time will go like last time, so far it's a little tough. Last time the mafia tried to influence the vote early on, and picking someone who was inactive worked in our favour.

Like you said, so far there isn't much to go on. Though I am a little weary of the people pointing fingers this early.

You have to at least give someone the opportunity to post in the thread. ESPECIALLY Crazy Bacon Legs.
