The Bear do have 3 glaring needs, and it was noted very early that they were convinced that their Oline was solid enough that they could sit back until the 3rd round.

Passing on Oline the first time was not a bad move, in the 2nd round is debateable however.,

The clips they showed of Bruce Irvin were insane. Just unbelievable get off. Even if he's just a pass rusher he could get 10 sacks a season easy.

My picks for the rams where all correct on positions just not players. I picked a corner receiver and defensive tackle.

The issue is that he is too 1 dimensional though. Innefective at plugging gaps and making pursuit tackles. A player taken 12th overall should be able to play all 3 downs

But as has been continuosly pointed at, the wage scale makes it a lot easier to make gambles like that because it doesn't cost you as much. This is also why there have been so many trades this year too.

True, but a gamble is still a gamble, and if it results in the loss of a top half first round pick, it still reflects poorly

I'll always say Tannehill is the worst pick of the first round

I dont think Irvin will be the worst player to come out of the first round, I think it may just be debated who the passed on to get him.
