Anyone else use Crave for streaming online? Been trying to rewatch all the previous seasons on Crave for the past two weeks and have been noticing the picture quality is pretty sub-par. The compression artifacts are really noticeable and distracting. I'm still on season 2, which is 720p. Does the picture quality get better as the seasons progress? At this point I'm likely going to stick with pirating if I the picture quality through legal avenues is going to be so atrocious.

Personally, I've found the quality of Crave streaming depends on the device. From my Telus Optik box it's good, over my Chromecast it's better. Using the web-based client it's pretty sub-par.

So I tried this. It's sort of better I guess. Keep in mind I have a 1st edition Chromecast, but I think the Crave app is still only outputting at 720p.
This may be a stupid question, but does Crave release each episode to stream as soon as HBO airs them, or is it one of those things where they'll release the whole season at the end?

Crave has 8 channels that they stream with now and GOT will be aired on their HBO channels starting on the 14th. I also assume the episodes will be available for on demand immediately afterwards.
Wait, so if I get Crave I can watch it at 7? Because last year HBO didn't air the episode until 9.
I think so. I have Telus tv and it includes the HBO east feed. Beware tho, it’s lonely since most CPers I think watch the 9pm version. It feels like I’m always the first one posting in here every Sunday night and then having to wait for all the rest of CP to catch up.
I seem to recall posting about this last year and confirming the episodes went live right away online.

I just took a quick peek and it appears to be available on TMN GO for me.
As for the episode (spoilered until the rest of you get to watch):
Spoiler!
Also, OMFG Starks! You sneaky ####ing bastards (well not actual bastards, this deception excluded the actual Stark bastard).
A thousand pardons m'lord. I can't believe they were actually working together against Littlefinger. Brilliant deception. God and I was thinking how amazing this episode was and how stupid that plot was with the earlier Sansa/Littlefinger scene. Then as soon as Arya came in to the hall it was like wait a minute, something's up.
Oh and some other stuff happened. It was ok too I guess lol.
I sure did. Back then it was called TMN go tho. Now it’s been rolled into Crave but I don’t see it changing when they upload.
I ran an GoT death pool with a group of friends for Season 6. We had a draft each picking 2 characters to die. The first one with both picks dead wins.
It ended up being anti climatic though. I had Roose Bolton and Alliser Thorne so it was over after Episode 3.

I’m rewatching S7. Again. I’ve been quite critical of the show at times but, no matter it’s faults, this show has hit it out of the park season after season. The whole season is so satisfying, seeing all these threads converge.

Well you called Shazam "amazing", so not sure how critical you could be of GOT, a far superior production in just about every way.
