Wonder what this means for all the anticipated programs?
Reverse Retro 2 which was to be this year. And third jersey programs, you wonder if this will halt the rollout of a Flames third this year or next becuase it may get dropped after next season by new supplier and Flames don't want a one or two season third jersey.

New supplier will say they can't produce some jerseys same way Adidas did so all teams will get something new or slightly altered or, things like third jerseys dropped. And new supplier will want to make a splash with some primaries or have all teams with a new third or something.

It's too bad, becuase the Adidas "training" gear, things like hoodies and long sleeve shirts and jackets that thet added hockey or Flames branding to, is of excellent quality. Nike would be the only other that could match that sort of thing.

What is all this “jersey” talk. NFL players wear Jerseys; hockey players wear hockey sweaters...

Gonna miss the dimples.
And the pro material Adidas uses is probably the best yet.

Every Nike jersey I have fits weird. And the head holes are too small. Please no Nike. Also boooo fanatics.

Apparently so. They sell some licensed merch for a few teams: https://starter.com/

It looks they're now owned by a parent company that owns a bunch of those "are they still around" brands like Ed Hardy and Ocean Pacific.

I'd like them to bring back high quality wool - the good stuff sheds water and breathes as good as any other fabric you'd want to wear in an ice rink. I hate the synthetic jerseys.

Also, wood sticks, leather gloves and goalie pads, and the Jason style goalie masks.

Much of the high quality/high performance base layers for hunting and outdoor clothing are made from natural merino wool. It's extremely light and breathable.

It sounds like I am in the minority but I’m happy about this news. Never liked the adidas jerseys. They always felt cheap to me and felt like a shirt more than a jersey
