So, how is this not viewed by American's as being unbelievably unjust?
Like.. what is the rationale here for a Trump supporter, and why are people not more bothered by this stuff?

Trump supporters love this ####. They rationalize it by saying that he's messing up the system, through his lies, his blowhardness, his deflections to Clinton, etc. There is literally nothing he can do that will make him fall in their eyes.
Its the moderate Republicans - the anybody-but-Clintons, the ones that vote for (R) regardless that this question needs to be asked to.

Either way Putin has won. He's either got a stooge in the WH or he has managed to greatly discredit his greatest enemy and put them into an era or political turmoil and decline.

A couple reasons
1) most of them will never hear about this. This won't be discussed at any length on Fox, and certainly won't be on Rush Limbaugh, etc. That only costs those who pay attention. The rest of them simply don't follow politics at all and won't understand who she is or what Mike Flynn did.
2) the credibility of he media has been so diminished that those who do hear it simply believe it's a partisan hack job

What exactly is going on? They've canceled the scheduled House Intelligence panels, Nunes has rejected steppings aside, Ryan supports it. It sure seems like that's the end of the investigation.

And they don't care, because as long as it makes liberals mad, they are happy.
They would tank their own country and punch themselves in the nuts if they thought it would piss off liberals.

Speaking of Flynn, his scandal is actually at lot worse than previously thought. That guy apparently was doing a lot of shady stuff including secretly sending political dissidents the US is protecting back to the authoritarian countries that wanted their heads. He had an agreement with Turkey to deport Gulen back to Erdogan and was in discussions on how to execute that.
Quote:
Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, reportedly discussed ways to take a man wanted by the Turkish government out of the United States without going through the legal extradition process, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The conversation, which took place during the presidential race while Flynn was serving as an unpaid adviser to Trump, centered around Turkish cleric Fethullah Gulen.
The Turkish government has long wanted to take custody of Gulen, 75, who has been exiled in Pennsylvania since 1999.
Among other things, Turkey blames him for orchestrating the deadly and unsuccessful military coup against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan last year. The country has pressed the U.S. for his extradition.
The Journal report cites former CIA Director James Woolsey, who attended the meeting with Flynn and high-level Turkish officials, and others with details on what happened. Woolsey and the sources said the ideas that were discussed for dealing with Gulen were hypothetical.
However, one plan was “a covert step in the dead of night to whisk this guy away,” Woolsey told the Journal. He said he had walked into the middle of the conversation and reportedly “found the topic startling and the actions being discussed possibly illegal.”

In executive order, Trump to dramatically change US approach to climate change
Quote:
Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump will sign a sweeping executive order Tuesday at the Environmental Protection Agency, which looks to curb the federal government's enforcement of climate regulations by putting American jobs above addressing climate change.
The order represents a clear difference between how Trump and former President Barack Obama view the role the United States plays in combating climate change, and dramatically alters the government's approach to rising sea levels and temperatures -- two impacts of climate change.
A White House official briefed on the plan said Monday the administration believes the government can both "serve the environment and increase energy independence at the same time" by urging the EPA for focus on what the administration believes is its core mission: Clean air and clean water.

This Sally Yates stuff is a reminder that, as always, the cover up is worse than the crime. Absolute amateur hour stuff from the White House, but it makes sense because they just went through an entire election where they were totally unchallenged, so they naturally (and arrogantly) believe they can keep doing it. Guess we'll see down the road in future elections.

Conservatives just aren't happy unless they can completely destroy everything environmental protection
Quote:
EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt is coming under fire from conservatives amid a simmering behind-the-scenes fight over how far to take President Donald Trump's push to undo his predecessor's climate change agenda.
In discussions with the White House over the executive order Trump is scheduled to sign on Tuesday, Pruitt successfully argued against including language revoking the agency's 2009 “endangerment finding," according to two sources close to the issue.
The endangerment finding declared that greenhouse gas emissions threaten human health and welfare and made EPA legally responsible for regulating carbon dioxide.

I saw a Vice episode a couple of years ago, where people in Texas still pray, believing God will stop the droughts that are killing their crops and livestock.
science is fake news.

Ya, but it worked because they got totally flooded after all that praying. They just prayed a little to hard. They took it to 11, where they should have aimed for around an 8.
