Taken in the seventh round of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft by the Montreal Canadiens, Kurvers appeared in 659 career games over 11 seasons with the Habs, Buffalo Sabres, New Jersey Devils, Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, New York Islanders and Anaheim Mighty Ducks, scoring 93 goals and adding 328 assists.

This is brutal. F cancer is right. I punted it once, but it took my Dad.

I always remember Tom as the guy the Leafs traded a 1st round pick to acquire and that pick became Scott Niedermayer.
