The Frenchies won it again, third year in a row. Currently France has got to be one of the best places for rugby.

Also, shout out to the two Hornet RFC women that just signed Pro deals in France.

Rams. My youngest played this year and it gave me the itch to play again.

They don't have enough people to field a full side we join with the Saints to form the holy goats.

Even just thinking about playing again makes me feel the aches...but yeah, I do miss it.

I just try and remember pulling blood soaked grass out of my wounds.

Watched some of that. Proud of that Irish team and their achievement considering all the tragedies they had faced during the tournament. Given the demographics and participation level, total overachievement.

But that French team? My God simply on another level!

We smashed the Irish 60ish - 20ish

COVID kicked the #### out of the sport.

For numbers this pulls together a decent squad

It’s actually one of the issues with the sport in general.

For years the focus has been recruiting women & girls to play rugby

Well now the female side of the sport is in good shape, which is awesome.

The focus needs to be getting the men’s game back on track.

Other clubs are combined as well

Bow Valley & Okotoks & Saracens

Irish, ‘Aints and Canucks field full teams

I used to play for the Irish but living in the deep south I was not up for that drive for my kid to play so I signed him up with the Rams.
