Default IS IT SAFE?: Electricity Edition

Okay I've been doing some research and I feel like I know the answer to this question, but I've come to CP for the final axe on knowledge:

My oven is quite old (Eaton's, yes Eaton's, Viking). The bottom element in the oven recently burnt out and I went to get a replacement.

The specs I can find on the oven are:
Volt: 125/250/125 kW: 10.95 Hz: 60

The replacement I have is:
240V/2500W

The element that burnt out says:
250V/2100W and 208V 1450W

Is it safe to use this replacement burner, or is this a special part I'll need to track down?

It should be fine, I'd double check the size of the fuse in the oven just in case. Your new element draws a little over 10A in power, if the element is fused above 10A it will be fine. Theres no electrical hazard there beyond the fuse blowing and being an annoyance.
